BROAD CURRICULUM - Our classes cover a broad range of cooking and kitchen topics. From food and kitchen safety, and food preparation techniques to cooking and baking beginner to advanced dishes, students are exposed to a variety of experiences to keep them interested and engaged.
SAFE, BUT FUN - Safety is of paramount importance in the kitchen, and we ensure that students are trained not only how to cook safely, but also in what to do when something goes wrong.
REGULAR ASSESSMENT - Students are assessed at the end of each term with both practical and written assignments, and our end of year assessment includes an event where the students prepare a meal for their parents.
Parents see practical results. We give homework assignments after each class that include practical home exercises that show parents and family the skills, techniques and recipes that they have learned.
